- How can I pay?
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal or Bancontact.
We do not accept bank checks, bank transfers, or cash on delivery payments.
- What is the estimated delivery time?
Our orders are processed within 12 hours.
The estimated standard shipping time is currently between 10 and 30 days if product needs to be shipped from China. From the US and Europe is a lot quicker.
In exceptional cases an order can take longer than usual. In this case, delivery can take up to 40 working days
- Where do you deliver from?
The packages are sent from our international warehouses within and outside the European Union.
- How can I find out where my order is?
If you do not know the current status of your order, simply check the email notification you have received. We can also resend the tracking details if you haven't got the email anymore.
- I want to change my delivery address, how can I do that?
Our orders are processed within the first 12 hours. So if you've just placed your order and you're within that time frame, please contact support@fielsen.com and our customer service team will change your address for you. After 12h, if the order has already been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the change can be made.
Enter "Change of Address" in the subject line of the email so we can get back to you as soon as possible.

- I want to cancel my order, what can I do?
Our orders are processed within the first 12 hours. So if you've just placed your order and you're within that time frame, please contact support@fielsen.com and our customer service team will process your cancellation as soon as possible. After 12 p.m., if the order has already been shipped, we can no longer guarantee the cancellation.
In the subject line of your e-mail, please write "Cancel order" so that we can deal with it as soon as possible.

- My order appears twice, what can I do?
Our orders are processed within the first 12 hours. So if you've just placed your order and you're within that time frame, please contact support@fielsen.com and our customer service team will process your cancellation as soon as possible. After 12 p.m., if the order has already been shipped, we can no longer guarantee the cancellation.
Please write "Duplicate order" in the subject line of your email so that we can take care of it as soon as possible.

- I haven't received my order yet. What's happening?
Due to new health regulations, we would like to point out that the delivery of our orders can take up to 30 working days. If you have already exceeded this deadline, please contact support@fielsen.com so that they can give you all the information about your order.
