These Terms of Service govern the use of FIELSEN.com and transactions completed directly through FIELSEN.

FIELSEN is an outdoor and adventure brand operated from Luxembourg.

FIELSEN is being developed as part of a broader Luxembourg-based structure in which OIMP is intended to manage the OIMP.space™ and FIELSEN activities. Until that structure is formally registered, nothing on this website should be interpreted as representing OIMP or FIELSEN as a registered company where that is not yet the case.

1. FIELSEN.COM

FIELSEN.com provides access to outdoor and adventure products, FIELSEN-branded products, OIMP merchandise, digital products and applications, and selected products offered by independent third-party retailers.

The commercial relationship applicable to a product depends on where the customer completes the purchase.

2. AMAZON AND OTHER AFFILIATE PRODUCTS

Some products displayed on FIELSEN.com contain affiliate links to Amazon or other independent third-party retailers.

Where a customer follows such a link and completes a purchase on the retailer's website, the sales contract is between the customer and that retailer.

The retailer — not FIELSEN — determines and administers the applicable product price, payment, availability, delivery, cancellation, returns, refunds, warranties and other terms of sale.

The retailer's terms and policies should therefore be reviewed before completing the purchase.

FIELSEN may receive a commission from qualifying purchases made through affiliate links.

The use of an affiliate link does not increase FIELSEN's contractual responsibility for a transaction completed with the third-party retailer and does not make FIELSEN the seller of that product.

3. PRODUCTS SOLD DIRECTLY THROUGH FIELSEN

Where checkout and payment are completed directly through FIELSEN, FIELSEN is responsible for the transaction subject to these Terms and applicable law.

Directly sold products may include FIELSEN-branded merchandise, OIMP merchandise, gifts and other products specifically identified as being sold through FIELSEN.

Product descriptions, availability, prices and applicable taxes or delivery charges will be presented as part of the relevant product or checkout information.

4. THIRD-PARTY FULFILMENT

Products sold directly through FIELSEN may be manufactured, printed, stored, packaged or dispatched by third-party fulfilment providers.

Use of a fulfilment provider does not by itself change the identity of the seller.

Where FIELSEN is identified as the seller, the applicable FIELSEN policies and statutory consumer protections continue to apply.
